November's position report marks the fourth month of the 2023/2024 marketing year. Crop receipts to date: 1,867,169,407 lbs down -13.16% over last year.
The monthly new crop received per ABC form 1 reporting
- November: 532,908,857 lbs down -24.82% over October
- October: 708,863,861 lbs

November's new crop receipts bring the 2023 Total Marketable Supply to 2,630,118,356 lbs down -10.66% over last year.

Following the December position report we run a forward projection on ABC form 1 crop receipts every month to get an idea of the total size of the crop.
The methodology we use for our crop receipt projections differs from our in-season machine learning forecasts. Our 2023 in-season forecasts are complete and have not been updated since we released a final forecast in July.
