📈 Almond Crop Receipts down over 2021
June's position report is the eleventh receiving month of the 2022/2023 marketing year. Total crop receipts to date: 2,568,605,002 lbs down -11.87% over last year.

- June: 2,363,914 lbs down -12.57% over May
- May: 2,703,630 lbs

June's total shipments: 186,604,779 lbs down -33.02% over June last year and down -4.64% over last month's May shipments: 195,674,577 lbs.
2022/2023 total shipments to date: 2,377,946,913 lbs down -3.51% over last year
📈 Crop Receipt Projections
Following the December position report we run a forward projection on ABC form 1 crop receipts every month to get an idea of the total size of the crop.
The methodology we use for our crop receipt projections differs from our in-season machine learning forecasts. Our 2022 in-season forecasts are complete and have not been updated since we released a final forecast in July.
