### 📈 Almond Crop Receipts down over 2024

January's position report marks the sixth of the 2025/2026 marketing year. **Crop receipts to date: 2,626,675,217 lbs** down -1.41% over last year.

The monthly new crop received per ABC form 1 reporting

- **January: 114,183,603 lbs** down-64.85% over December
- **December: 324,892,357 lbs**

### 📊 TMS, Shipments & Commitments

January's new crop receipts bring the **2025 Total Marketable Supply to 3,057,948,013 lbs**, down -1.79% over last year.

**2025/2026 % TMS shipped to date:** **41.75%** down -2.36% over last year

**2025/2026 % Sold to date:** **60.99%** down -1.48% over last year

### 🚢 2025 Shipments

**January's total shipments: 206,072,402 lbs**, down -9.87% over January last year and down -16.15% over December shipments: 245,759,752 lbs.

### 🔮 Future Demand

**Total new sales for January: 298,200,772 lbs**, up +24.78% over January 2024 new sales of 238,986,895 lbs.

### 📈 Crop Receipt Projections

Following the December position report, we'll begin running a forward projection on ABC form 1 crop receipts every month to get an idea of the total size of the crop.

Our 2025 in-season forecasts are complete and have not been updated since we released a final forecast in July.
