📈 Almond Crop Receipts down over 2021
February's position report is the seventh receiving month of the 2022/2023 marketing year. Total crop receipts to date: 2,522,920,079 lbs down -12.76% over last year.

- February: 47,889,258 lbs down -51.43% over January
- January: 98,599,622 lbs
🚢 2022 Shipments
February's total shipments: 245,740,054 lbs up +23.39% over February last year and up +7.00% over last month's January shipments: 229,661,899 lbs.
📈 Crop Receipt Projections
Following the December position report we run a forward projection on ABC form 1 crop receipts every month to get an idea of the total size of the crop.
The methodology we use for our crop receipt projections differs from our in-season machine learning forecasts. Our 2022 in-season forecasts are complete and have not been updated since we released a final forecast in July.
