Crop receipts to date: 2,439,215,355 lbs down -4.85% over last year. Monthly new crop receipts: The monthly new crop received per ABC form 1 reporting - **April: 1,897,891 lbs** down -93.20% over March - **March: 27,892,910 lbs** ### ๐Ÿ“Š TMS, Shipments & Commitments April's new crop receipts bring the Total Marketable Supply to 3,190,723,385 lbs, down -4.73% over last year. 2023/2024 % TMS shipped to date: 65.20% up +7.53% over last month up +5.61% over last year. 2023/2024 % Sold to date: 82.52% up +6.81% over last month and up +6.07% over last year. ### ๐Ÿšข 2023 Shipments April's shipments: 241,481,637 lbs up +1.87% over last month and up +22.42% over last year. 2023/2024 total shipments to date: 2,080,325,576 lbs up +4.24% over last year. ### ๐Ÿ”ฎ Future Demand Total new sales for April: 218,625,283 lbs up +20.34% over last month and up +90.63% over last year. ### ๐Ÿ“ˆ Crop Receipt Projections Following the December position report we run a forward projection on ABC form 1 crop receipts to get an idea of the total size of the crop. Our 2023 in-season forecasts are complete and have not been updated since we released a final forecast in July. For our crop receipt projection, we only use ABC form 1 crop receipt data for current and historical years. The model we use looks for a pattern in how crop receipts are coming in month over month. As of April ABC form 1 crop receipts, final crop receipts are projected to be 2.44 - 2.45 B lbs.
